With 263 sunny days a year and no distinct rainyseason Trancoso has one of the most comfortable climates on the brazilian coast and can be visited throughout the year. Historically April and November are the wettest months and August/September the driest.  With plenty of vegetation to shade the ground, temperatures – even in summer – rarely rises to more than 30-31 °C. In the winter (june-august) temperatures lie around 24-26 °C during the day and can go as low as 18-20 °C at night.
